Storytelling Initiative
Through funding and partnerships with North Sound Accountable Community of Health, Brown Girl Wellness, and led by EARTH community member Andreána Elise Lefton, this inspired effort is supporting narrative medicine and holistic wellness for youth in Ukraine, for Indigenous populations in the Pacific Northwest, and more. Andreána uses mind-body integration, qualitative interviewing, journalistic writing, and public poetry to touch the heart, raise awareness, and amplify women and youth voices. Andreána is also producing a children's book based on this initiative. EARTH aims to leverage these efforts into the production of multi-media storytelling and community archiving for all of the communities that we are honored and humbled to learn from and support.
